Most people are living a life they never consciously chose.

They followed the path that was already there.
School - Job - Promotion - Mortgage - Retirement.

There is nothing wrong with that path.
But it’s not the only one…

Life is not designed to be linear.
You are not on rails.
You are not locked in to one identity, one career, one version of yourself.

You are allowed to change direction, to start again, to reinvent yourself more than once.

Society’s rules on what’s proper and possible only have the power you give them.
Living by them is a choice.
You don’t have to follow a script you didn’t write.

Think for yourself.
Decide what matters to you.
Build a life where you can flourish, not one where you trade fulfillment for a sense of security.

Work should support your life, not suck the joy out of it.
Freedom is more valuable than status.
Interesting lives are lived off the beaten path.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You don’t need a perfect plan.
You don’t need to know what you’re doing for the next 30 years.

You just need to know how life works and to lean into your curiosity.

Try things.
Learn things.
Unlearn others.

Change direction when you want to.
Start before you feel ready.
The path will appear.
